Basic Needs Analysis

In this Basic Needs Analysis, the goal of training series is expressed in addition to the topics and products delivered.

Design Document

Content Document

In this Content Document image, the basic information about the project is displayed as well as the start of the table containing the topic, notes, slide text, and potential visuals.

ADDIE Model

In this image, taken from the sample training, the ADDIE model is depicted with the major project actions under each phase.

Title Slide

This slide is the introductory slide in a series of Six Sigma training. The slide conveys the series and the title, "What is Six Sigma?" along with a visual of professionals and my agency logo.

Defining Six Sigma Slide

On this slide, the description of Six Sigma is plainly provided using a visual of a man conducting calculations and brief points that capture its essence.

Running Examples Slide

On this slide, the running examples or scenarios to be used throughout the series are introduced. Visuals that reflect each fictitious company are presented.

Data Driven Decision Making Slide

On this slide, some of the features of Six Sigma work are listed. The visual depicts a brainstorming team viewing presented data.
